We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused HR Coordinator to join us on a 12-month contract. This role supports key people processes at the beginning of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, contracts, onboarding, employee records and HR support.
What you'll do
- Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Manage HR enquiries, employment verifications and people records
- Assist with recruitment administration and background checks
- Coordinate employee referral programs and vendor invoicing
- Support HR, Talent Acquisition and payroll-related administration
What you'll bring
- Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll or administration
- Experience in employment contract generation
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in a faced paced team environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately
- Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Office and business systems
