The Opportunity

Working closely with experienced project leaders, you will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to project delivery and client handover. You'll be given genuine support, mentoring and development, with the opportunity to progressively take ownership and increase your project responsibilities as your experience grows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers with the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from planning through to completion
- Support design coordination activities including drawing reviews, consultant liaison and assisting with design documentation
- Assist with procurement, purchasing activities and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation, track programmes, variations and key project deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to support successful project delivery outcomes
- Support project handovers, defect management and project close-out processes




- Progressively take on increasing project responsibility and ownership as capability and experience develops

About You

- Experience within a Project Coordinator role or similar within commercial fit-out, interiors or construction
- Exposure across workplace, retail, healthcare, hospitality or industrial projects highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building capability
- Highly motivated with ambitious long-term career goals
- Team orientated and willing to contribute wherever needed
- Robust cultural alignment with a collaborative and high-performing environment
