UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a motivated Case Worker to join the Gold Coast Homelessness Service – Immediate Housing Response program, based at our Southport site. This is a fixed term full time role ending 30 June 2027.

You will deliver client-centred, trauma-informed case management to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, supporting them to access and sustain housing while navigating complex needs.
