About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy workforce team in Dulwich, SA .

This is a fast-paced and high-impact role where you will coordinate staff and client requirements, build accurate rosters and ensure the right people are available for the right services. You will work closely with clients, employees and internal stakeholders across services including School ENs, SAPOL RNs and community nursing .

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily scheduling and rostering requirements.
- Build accurate rosters based on client needs, staff availability and qualifications.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand and meet rostering requirements.
- Coordinate School ENs, SAPOL RNs, community nursing and other clinical workforces.
- Manage staff availability, cancellations, replacements and short-notice changes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders.
- Monitor workforce gaps and support timely shift coverage.




- Maintain accurate scheduling systems and workforce records.
- Prepare accurate scheduling and workforce reports.
- Identify and elevate issues that may impact service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement across scheduling processes and systems.

About You

- Experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and staff allocation.
- Highly tech-savvy and confident learning new systems.
- Solid client and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership.
- Healthcare, aged care, disability or community services experience is highly desirable.
