Early Childhood Teacher | 3YO Kinder
An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join a beautiful, family-owned long day care service in Melbourne’s north-east.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service that genuinely values its educators and prioritises meaningful relationships with children and families.

About the Role

- Full-time Early Childhood Teacher position
- Leading the 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program
- Busy, well-supported room with a collaborative team environment
- Rotating mid-shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm

You’ll be stepping into a space where you’ll be empowered to lead, inspire, and create a high-quality learning workplace for young children.
About You We are looking for someone who is:

- Bachelor-qualified in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Experienced in leading and programming within a kinder setting
- Confident in building strong relationships with families and colleagues
- Warm, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced workplace




- Experienced in supporting children with additional needs (highly regarded)

This role would suit a confident educator who can step in, build trust quickly , and make a positive impact from day one.
