About the role

We are looking for a reliable and confident Outbound Call Representative to support a range of businesses and services. This role involves making outbound calls, managing follow-ups, and communicating clearly and professionally across different campaigns. The successful candidate will be comfortable switching between services and staying organised in a varied, quick-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses and services
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients
- Follow call guidelines while adapting messaging as required
- Manage call schedules, follow-ups, and notes accurately
- Maintain organised records of call outcomes
- Work towards agreed call and performance targets

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple services and priorities
- Professional phone manner and positive attitude
- Experience using CRM systems or call tracking tools
