BCP Group is a long-established company based in Busselton, W.A., with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand extraction & supply, and demolition.

We are currently seeking General Labourers / Roller Operators for an upcoming project in the Bunbury Area, with potential for ongoing opportunities.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates who are willing to operate water carts and rollers as required on site, with general labouring duties as needed.

Essential Attributes

- Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
- Experience in civil construction
- Experience operating water carts in a civil environment (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Experience operating rollers in a civil environment (minimum 6 months preferred)
- RIIMPO320F – Conduct Water Cart Operations (highly regarded)
- RIIMPO317F – Conduct Roller Operations (highly regarded)




- HR Licence (required for water cart operation)
- Ability to follow instructions and read basic site plans (advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to work safely both independently and within a team
- Solid commitment to Workplace Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
- Willingness to assist with general site duties when not operating machinery
- Basic understanding of plant and equipment maintenance, including minor servicing and consumables replacement
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen and company medical
