The Role

We're expanding our front-of-house team and are seeking experienced Cocktail Bartenders who are passionate about delivering elevated service in a premium dining environment. The Skills

- Previous experience in premium or fine dining venues




- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
- Polished presentation and skilled communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork
- Knowledge of Classic Cocktails and ability to deliver drinks with confidence, precision, and personality
- Ability to move quickly, stay organised, and support the wider floor team
