About the role:

- Lead and inspire a team of educators within your room
- Create and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
- Build robust relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Support compliance with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

Requirements:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card
- Valid First Aid & CPR (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
- Current Child Protection training
- Previous experience in a Lead Educator or similar role (preferred)
