We’re working with a well-established building contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of high-rise and mixed-use projects around Brisbane CBD .

This is a hands-on Project Manager position where you’ll oversee the project from design coordination and procurement through to practical completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of high-rise and mixed-use construction projects.
- Coordinate consultants, design, procurement, subcontractors and site operations.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, costs, variations and timelines.
- Drive quality, WHS, compliance and proactive risk management.
- Manage key stakeholders and deliver projects through to completion and handover.

About You





- Proven experience as a Project Manager in delivering high-rise or mixed-use construction projects.
- Solid technical and commercial understanding of construction delivery.
- Confident with drawings, programmes, budgets and subcontractor management.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
