The Opportunity

This is afull-time, permanent Room Leader position. You’ll lead your room with confidence, guide your team, and create meaningful learning experiences for children every day. With autonomy in your role, dedicated planning time, and a solid support network, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining a positive, collaborative culture within the centre. This is your chance to step into leadership, bring fresh ideas to life,



and grow your career in a centre that values innovation and educator wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma in Children’s Services(or ACECQA equivalent)
- 2-3 years experience in a Room lead poistion
- Available FULL-TIME hours
- CurrentFirst Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxiscertifications
- Working With Children Check
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- A passion for creating engaging, child-led learning environments
