We are seeking a Cert III or Diploma educator for nursery or toddler rooms in an independent early learning service on the Lower North Shore.

Do you love working in the babies or toddlers room? I am looking for a fantastic Early Childhood Educator (Cert III or Diploma) for either the 0–2 or 2–3 room on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, within a highly regarded independent early learning service.

We are seeking two Early Childhood Educators to join a well-established, independent service known for its welcoming, community-focused approach and its commitment to providing a nurturing, stimulating and thoughtfully designed learning setting for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. This is a full-time opportunity, working 5 days per week across either the nursery (0–2) or toddler (2–3) environments.

The Roles 0–2 Room Educator (Babies)

- Calm, reliable, and confident with strong initiative
- Comfortable working within structured, routine-based environments
- Supports consistency of care within a small, close-knit nursery team (approx. 10 babies with 3 educators)
- Builds warm, responsive relationships with families




- Strong communication and team collaboration in a highly organised setting
- Confident, proactive, and brings initiative and curiosity to their practice
- Works well within structured yet engaging learning environments
- Enjoys contributing to a supportive, reflective team
- Strong communicator who values collaboration and consistency in care

About the Service This is a long-standing independent early learning service operating 50 weeks per year, from 7am to 6pm.

The service is known for its strong educational philosophy, emphasis on relationships, and commitment to creating a calm, engaging and purposeful environment for children. Educators work closely together with a shared focus on consistency, connection and high-quality early childhood experiences. Families are at the heart of the service, with a strong emphasis on communication, trust and partnership.

What’s on Offer

- Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- $70,000 – $86,000 + super (Independent Schools Award aligned) + increases throughout 2026, 2027, 2028
- Supportive, stable and collaborative team environment
