Small community focused Early Learning Centre wanting to welcome an experienced ECT Educational Leader to the team!

ANZUK is supporting a fantastic service in Sydney’s upper Northern Beaches in their search for an experienced Educational Leader/2ic to join the team.

You will be a warm leader who is passionate about curriculum development and continuous improvement. You will mentor your team through a mix of role-modelling in the room as well as spending 1-1 time with educators and teachers, getting to their individual teachingand learning styles.

The centre is looking for a confident and passionate leader, with solid pedagogical knowledge and someone who promotes a culture of collaboration and accountability.

You will be someone who celebrates the wins – big or small – and is dedicated to looking after your team’s wellbeing!

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join apositive, family-oriented workplace where everyone feels valued.

- Location: Sydney’s upper Northern Beaches
- Employer: ANZUK Education in partnership with a reputable Early Learning Service
- Qualification: Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)

The Essentials:

- Full working rights in Australia
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an Educational Leader role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team mentality
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children




- Valid Working With Children’s Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications
