Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill in Broadbeach, QLD, is seeking an experienced sommelier to lead wine pairing for premium steak dining and upcoming events. You will curate the wine list, create seasonal cocktails, and coach front-of-house staff on wine service.

Work closely with chefs, manage stock, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role is full-time, based on site in a vibrant, award-winning venue with a robust focus on hospitality excellence.
