HR Coordinator

$90,000 plus Superannuation Altitude is seeking a highly organised and pro-active individual to become the HR Coordinator and administrative backbone of a fast growing People team operating across Australia and internationally.

Reporting directly to the Head of People International, you will lead the rollout of a new HR system, own contracts and documentation, and manage the operational work that keeps a global function running smoothly. This role suits someone who is ambitious and thrives on creating order, wants genuine ownership, and is excited to sit at the centre of a global People team from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of a new HR system, from setup and configuration through to rollout and adoption
- Own and maintain the HR system day to day, keeping data accurate and processes running cleanly
- Create and maintain contracts, letters, templates, policies and process documentation across the function
- Manage day to day People administration across Australian and international teams, including onboarding, offboarding and record keeping




- Support the wider team with recurring administrative tasks while handling confidential employee information with complete discretion

Key Requirements:

- HR, People operations or administration experience within a global business
- Hands on experience with an HR system such as Employment Hero, Rippling, HiBob or similar, ideally including setup or migration
- Experience working in a startup or fast scaling environment, with comfort managing changing priorities
- Bilingual preferred
- Background in a startup, fintech, or crypto workplace an advantage.
