1. Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Incentives: Design a competitive compensation and incentive system. Market Compensation Research: Regularly participate in industry benchmark surveys to ensure the company's external competitiveness in compensation.
Performance Compliance Management: Monitor the implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure fairness and impartiality in evaluations.
1. Industrial Relations and Australian Legal Compliance (ER/IR): Handle union-management disputes and represent the company in hearings with the Fair Work Commission of Australia.
Modern Awards Compliance: Monitor the company's strict compliance with Australian labor laws to ensure compliant payment of wages, overtime pay, and statutory holidays. 4. Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA): Lead or participate in the drafting and negotiation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
