The Role

As a Rear Lift Driver,



you'll be responsible for servicing commercial and industrial customers across allocated collection routes while maintaining high standards of safety, customer service and operational efficiency. This role offers a combination of driving and hands-on work, making it ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating Rear Lift collection vehicles
- Completing daily waste and recycling collection routes
- Performing pre-start and post-shift vehicle inspections
- Ensuring safe collection and transport of waste materials
- Providing professional customer service at collection sites
- Maintaining route schedules and service standards
- Completing required paperwork and electronic records
- Following all company safety and compliance procedures

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Current HR Licence
- Previous heavy vehicle driving experience
- Strong safety awareness




- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work early morning starts
- Physically capable of performing the duties associated with waste collection operations

Highly Regarded

- Rear Lift experience
- Waste management industry experience
- Front Lift, Hook Lift or Skip Truck experience
- Knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan areas
- Forklift Licence
