This role is ideal for an experienced HSEQ professional who enjoys influencing stakeholders, coaching leaders and delivering practical safety solutions within construction, manufacturing or other high-risk environments. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while supporting operational teams and leaders across the business.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the HSEQ Advisor, building capability and driving consistent HSEQ outcomes across the business.

risk reviews and HSEQ governance activities.
- Develop high-quality reports, procedures, training materials and business communications.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams and influence positive HSEQ outcomes.
About You
You are an experienced HSEQ professional with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, project delivery or other high-risk operational environments. Experience supporting manufacturing operations will also be highly regarded. You understand what good safety leadership looks like and are confident engaging with everyone from frontline teams through to senior leaders.
You are a strong communicator who can influence outcomes, build trust and develop capability across all levels of an organisation. Rather than simply enforcing compliance, you focus on practical solutions that support both operational performance and safety outcomes.

- 8-10 years' experience in HSEQ, WHS or related leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations and risk management practices.
- Experience managing high-risk work activities, contractor management and permit-to-work systems.
