HubSpot Consultant

Permanent – Melbourne / Sydney

$120,000 - $140,000 + super

CalibrX is partnering with a global HubSpot partner looking for an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join their team.

You’ll take ownership of HubSpot implementations working directly with customers to configure the platform, manage delivery, run UAT and successfully take projects through go-live and hypercare.

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on with HubSpot but also wants to own the customer relationship and delivery process.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver HubSpot implementations from build through to go-live
- Configure HubSpot workflows, automation and platform functionality
- Manage project timelines, milestones and customer expectations
- Act as the main point of contact throughout delivery
- Run UAT, manage defects and coordinate cutover
- Support customers through go-live and hypercare
- Work with AI and automation tools to improve delivery and efficiency

Experience:

- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience




- Experience delivering CRM or SaaS implementations
- Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows and automation
- Confident working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Desire to work with AI tools
- Robust organisation and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment
