What You'll Be Doing
- As a valued member of our HR team, you'll:
- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Influence people and culture initiatives that strengthen capability, drive engagement and support business success.
- Provide trusted advice on employee relations, industrial relations, performance, remuneration and complex workplace matters.
- Coach leaders to build confident, capable and high performing teams.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and recruitment strategies.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that create lasting impact.
- Champion positive employee experiences and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and respect.
- Partner with stakeholders to successfully navigate organisational change and deliver positive outcomes.
About You
You're a relationship builder, problem solver and trusted advisor who enjoys working closely with leaders to achieve results.
You bring a balance of people focus and commercial thinking, coupled with the ability to confidently influence decisions and drive positive change.
You'll also have
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 5+ years experience in a HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience managing employee relations matters, performance management and workplace investigations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong systems capability and proficiency across HR technologies and Microsoft Office applications.
