We are seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators to join an established open pit mining operation in Western Australia. If you have solid production mining experience, enjoy working as part of a professional team, and are looking for a consistent 2:1 roster, we want to hear from you.

What’s on offer

- 2:1 roster — 1 week of days / 1 week of nights
- 12-hour shifts, get paid 12.5 hours!
- Drive-In/Drive-Out (DIDO) or Bus-In/Bus-Out (BIBO)

Your responsibilities

As an experienced Dump Truck Operator in Mining, you will be responsible for:

- Safely and efficiently operating dump trucks (CAT775s/CAT777f)
- Performing production mining activities in an open pit environment
- Working both day and night shifts
- Following site safety procedures and operational standards
- Maintaining a strong focus on safe and productive equipment operation





What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ production mining experience in an open pit environment
- Proven experience operating dump trucks
- Ability and willingness to work a 2:1 day/night roster
- Valid HR Licence
- Ability to provide relevant certificates, licences and competencies
- Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM)
- Ability to successfully complete a Laboratory Drug & Alcohol Assessment
- Current 2026 Police Clearance
- Able to start as soon as possible
