Pacific Seeds is looking for an experienced ICT Manager to lead the technology function supporting our Australian operations from Toowoomba.

This role combines hands-on local responsibility with broader reach. You will support UPL and its related entities across Australia and New Zealand and contribute to global IT projects led by UPL.

The chance

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Managing Director, Advanta Australia, you will oversee the secure, reliable and effective delivery of ICT infrastructure, business systems and end-user support. You will also lead an ICT Support Officer.

What you’ll do

- Lead ICT operations for Pacific Seeds in Australia and provide support across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage infrastructure, networks, security, SQL databases, backups, devices,



licensing and user support.
- Coordinate suppliers and expenditure, improve service delivery and contribute to global UPL IT projects.

What you’ll bring

- Tertiary qualifications in IT or business and at least five to seven years’ experience in a comparable commercial ICT role.
- Broad technical capability across infrastructure, networks, security, databases, backups and end-user support.
- Strong communication, judgement and prioritisation skills, advanced Excel capability and a current driver’s licence. Pronto experience is advantageous.
