We are currently seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Analyst on an inital 6-month contract to join one of our mining clients on a FIFO basis. If you have strong Microsoft and Windows support experience and are looking for a dynamic, site-based role, this is a great opportunity to step into an immediate start position.

Role Details:

- FIFO role with an 8/6 roster (8 days on site, 6 days off)
- 12-hour shifts
- Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 IT support across site operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft and Windows-related issues
- Support end users in a quick-paced mining environment
- Maintain systems and ensure minimal downtime

About You:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in IT Support




- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and Windows environments
- Previous mining or FIFO experience highly regarded
- Ability to work independently in a remote site environment

Requirements:

- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a full medical assessment
- Drug and alcohol screening clearance
- Current National Police Clearance
