We’re looking for a helpful, curious, and technically minded IT Support Officer to keep everyday technology running smoothly. You’ll assist users with technical questions, troubleshoot common issues, and support the systems and devices that help teams stay productive.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and common technical issues.
- Respond to IT requests through ticketing systems, email, chat, or other support channels.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and workplace equipment.
- Assist users with account access, passwords, permissions, and basic system requests.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot approved software and applications.
- Help diagnose Wi-Fi, network, VPN, printer, and connectivity problems.
- Track support requests and keep users informed about issue progress.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate technical teams when required.
- Maintain IT asset records, support documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with device maintenance, software updates, and basic IT security practices.

- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems,

- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments is helpful.
