What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist in the end-to-end delivery and maintenance of SaaS and IoT systems across retail operations
- Provide IT support and help resolve ESL-related technical issues
- Support procurement and inventory tracking for ESL projects
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

What We’re Looking For

- Currently in your final year of a Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science / Information Technology
- Accounting / Business (with strong systems exposure)





- 1+ year of experience in IT support (retail sector experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Xero
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in Mandarin is essential
