A growing alternative asset manager is seeking an Investment Finance Associate to join its real estate investment team.

Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will support the financial performance and reporting of a portfolio of large, complex real estate assets. The role combines commercial finance, investment analysis and exposure to acquisitions and strategic asset initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain asset and investment financial models
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and performance analysis
- Deliver monthly and quarterly investment reporting
- Analyse cash flows, returns and key financial drivers
- Support acquisitions, valuations and refinancing activity
- Assist with investment papers and senior presentations
- Partner with investment, finance and asset management teams

About you:





- Three to six years of relevant analytical or finance experience
- Background in commercial finance, FP&A;, transaction services, funds management, investment analysis or Big Four advisory
- Robust Excel, financial modelling and reporting skills
- Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail
- CA, CPA or CFA qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Property experience is beneficial but not required
