Role Description The Information Technology Support Consultant is a full-time, mostly remote (WFH) role with weekly onsite visits mostly to a location in Parkville. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support to clients, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The consultant will respond to support requests, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining explicit communication with users.

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of MSP experience.
- Strong Experience with Microsoft 365 in business environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Parkville, VIC and occasionally attend other locations.
- Strong Technical Support and Information Technology skills.
- Willingness and desire to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies.
