Lead Local Implementation of a Statewide Workforce Solution!

Play a pivotal leadership role in the implementation of Queensland Health's Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) solution across North West Hospital and Health Service. You'll drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption while helping shape the future of workforce management through one of the largest workforce transformation programs in Queensland Health.

About The Role

As the Business Lead, you will act as the key link between local operations and the statewide IWFM Program, ensuring business needs are represented and implementation outcomes align with organisational priorities.

You will lead and influence stakeholders across the health service, champion change initiatives and build confidence across the workforce as recent workforce management systems and processes are introduced.

Requirements
