More than just a traditional BA or Systems role, this iconic fashion retail house is seeking a Business Solutions leader who is motivated by more than (and has moved beyond) requirements gathering and delivery support, and can demonstrate true business partnering and end-to-end ownership of systems.

Part Solutions Manger / part Platform Owner, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can drive real commercial outcomes...and then own those solutions post implementation to monitor performance and identify areas for continual improvement.

What you’ll be doing

- Own and evolve the company's enterprise integration and middleware (Mulesoft) roadmap, ensuring platforms and integrations are scalable, secure, reliable and maintainable.
- Owning systems end-to-end: solution shaping, performance and governance: Monitor platform and solution performance, maintain fitfor-purpose standards and effectively communicating delivery status, risks and outcomes.
- Driving change management, training and optimisation to ensure systems deliver measurable value
- Managing technical vendors and offshore delivery partners with confidence and accountability
- AI and Automation: Identify and deliver appropriate AI, business knowledge and workflow automation opportunities that improve productivity, insight and service quality

What we’re looking for





- Someone who has outgrown the “BA” label and can demonstrate full ownership of one or more business systems. Someone who can demonstrate strong business partnering capability: trusted, commercial and outcome-focused.
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, ideally within a retail or omnichannel environment.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, application ecosystems and software delivery processes.
- Proven experience owning technology platforms, roadmaps, backlogs and operational support priorities.
- Experience leading agile delivery, including sprint planning, prioritisation, release planning and concurrent initiative management.
- Strong vendor, commercial and service relationship management capability.
- Expereince across as many of the following as possible: MuleSoft and enterprise integrations, Retail OMS (NewStore), POS, WMS and e-commerce platforms, Shopify re-platforming and integrations, Marketplace and omnichannel fulfilment, Allocations and replenishment
