About the role

We are seeking a versatile and hands-on IT Administrator with a strong background in ERP application support to manage and support our core business systems and IT environment.

This role suits an all-rounder who is comfortable working across applications, infrastructure, and end-user support, with ERP systems forming the centrepiece of daily responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of business processes enabled by technology.

Key responsibilities

- Act as primary point of contact for ERP system support

- Manage user access, roles, workflows, master data, reporting, and system configuration

- Provide day-to-day ERP administration and user support

- Manage Microsoft 365 and oversee user accounts and device provisioning

- Support Windows-based desktop and server environments

- Maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity

- Provide level 1–2 end-user support and diagnose hardware and software issues

- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into system improvements

- Contribute to cybersecurity best practices, including patching, backups, access controls, and basic security monitoring

Required Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience supporting and administering one or more ERP platforms

- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is preferred

- Solid understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support them

- Strong general IT administration skills, including experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365





- Experience with basic networking and endpoint management

- Experience working with vendors, logging and escalating ERP issues, performing user training, and supporting system upgrades or migrations

- Working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or ERP integrations is advantageous

- Comfortable working independently and prioritising competing demands

- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical users

Personal Attributes The ideal candidate is methodical, service-oriented, and proactive, with a genuine interest in how technology enables business outcomes. Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in production environments are essential. A willingness to learn current ERP modules, tools, and technologies is critical for success in this role.

Qualifications (Desirable)

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Systems are desirable.

Experience with programming using VB.net and/or customizing Microsoft Business Central would also be viewed favourably.
