Role Description The Information Technology Consultant is a full-time, onsite IT Support role located in Parkville. This role is responsible for providing onsite technical support to our client, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The consultant will respond to support requests, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining clear communication with users.

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
- Solid Experience with Microsoft 365 in business environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Parkville, VIC.
- Strong Technical Support and Information Technology skills.
- Willingness and desire to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies.
