Role Description This full-time remote IT Support Officer / IT Support Specialist (Entry / Junior Level) role focuses on providing day-to-day technical support for internal teams and field staff.

Responsibilities include responding to support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring desktop computers and printers are functioning effectively. The role involves assisting users with connectivity problems, basic network-related issues, and software installations or updates. The specialist will document incidents and resolutions, escalate complex issues when needed, and contribute to maintaining an organized inventory of IT assets.

Collaboration with operations and service teams is essential to ensure that technology supports smooth delivery of robotic HVAC duct cleaning services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving common user and system issues.
