Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working independently and prefer being out on the road rather than sitting behind a desk all day?

Advantage Outsourcing Co is a growing property outsourcing business supporting real estate agencies across Western Australia. We are looking for reliable, detail-focused Property Inspectors to join our team.

You’ll spend your day travelling between rental properties, completing inspections, taking detailed photographs and documenting the condition of each property using our inspection software.

No previous property inspection or real estate experience is required. We provide comprehensive hands-on training and ongoing support to teach you exactly what we expect.

What You’ll Do

- Complete Property Condition Reports, Routine Inspections and Final Inspections
- Thoroughly inspect and document rental properties
- Take clear, high-quality photographs
- Record detailed, factual and accurate inspection notes
- Identify and document maintenance items, damage and areas requiring attention
- Complete reports onsite using multiple inspection software's
- Collect and return keys to real estate agencies as required
- Communicate with our office and team throughout the day
- Work with the wider inspection team to ensure the day’s workload is completed

No taking reports home at night. Inspections and reporting are completed during your working day.

- Reliable – if you’re scheduled to be somewhere, people can count on you
- Tech-confident – comfortable using an iPhone, apps and inspection software
- Organised – able to work efficiently and stay on top of a busy daily schedule
- Independent – comfortable spending much of your working day on the road and working alone
- A strong communicator – responsive to the office and able to follow instructions
- Team-focused – although our inspectors work independently in the field, we operate as one team and help each other get the day finished

This is a role where accuracy matters just as much as speed. We’re looking for people who take pride in doing the job properly. You Must Have

- A reliable vehicle
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- An iPhone – our inspection software requires iOS
- Full working rights in Australia
- The ability and willingness to travel between properties throughout Western Australia as scheduled
