About the Role We're looking for an organised, proactive Junior Administration Assistant who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You'll be a key member of our team, providing administrative support, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the depot run efficiently.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident managing competing priorities. You'll be trusted to manage your workload, contribute ideas for improving processes, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. In return,

- Pay: $55k + Super
- Hours: 9am-5pm
- Days of Work: Monday to Friday | Full Time

What You’ll Do As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while providing administrative support that helps keep our depot operating efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to telephone calls, emails, and other enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Providing day-to-day general administrative and office support to the depot and wider team.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly and escalated where required.
- Working collaboratively with Operations, Sales and Management teams to support business outcomes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
- Undertaking other general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in an administration, customer service, office support, or similar role.
- A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic willing to jump in wherever needed, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A calm,



solutions-focused approach when working under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage, prioritise and multitask effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems, with the ability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with flexibility to manage tasks and changing priorities.
- A team-first mindset while also being able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
