The Lorian Group is looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to join a national fitout and refurbishment company based in Brisbane CBD.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across South East Queensland, this contractor specialises in delivering high-quality commercial and government projects ranging from $1M–$5M in value.

Projects vary across fitout, refurbishment and secure environments, offering exposure to technically compelling work alongside an experienced leadership team.

This opportunity would suit a Junior Contract Administrator looking to build their career within a supportive environment that values progression, mentorship and long-term development.

The Role Working closely with experienced Project Managers and Senior CAs, responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and letting
- Processing variations, progress claims and RFIs
- Contract administration and project documentation
- Cost tracking and reporting
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Supporting the delivery team across multiple live projects

Requirements




- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- 1–2 years Contract Administration experience within the SEQ construction market
- Exposure across commercial, fitout, refurbishment or residential construction considered
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Experience using Jonas Premier, BuildPass or similar construction software advantageous
- Ability to obtain high-level security clearances and pass extensive background checks
