Focus Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading non-bank lender to recruit a Junior Credit Analyst to join their growing team in Sydney CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the credit, lending and fintech space and build valuable experience within a fast-paced financial services environment.

? The Opportunity

As a Junior Credit Analyst, you’ll support the credit team across a range of activities, gaining hands-on exposure to the lending lifecycle and developing your credit analysis skills.

You’ll be involved in

- Reviewing customer applications and financial information
- Supporting credit assessments and decision-making
- Conducting financial and risk analysis
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring lending criteria are met
- Working closely with internal sales, operations and credit teams
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

? About You

We’re looking for someone who is:





• Eager to build a career in credit and lending

- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with numbers and financial information
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- A strong communicator and team player

• Ideally has some exposure to banking, finance, lending, administration or customer service — but attitude and willingness to learn are key
