Westpac is seeking a senior Chief Product Owner, Digital - AI Servicing, to shape AI-powered customer experiences across chat, search and self-service channels. You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a recent domain, guiding how agentic AI, conversational AI, and digital guidance transform customer interactions at scale.

You will lead a high-performing team of Product Owners, drive outcomes, and ensure decisions are data-driven, customer-focused and aligned with regulatory requirements.
