Seeking a dedicated, relational leader to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of the girls' residences.

Seeking a dedicated and relational leader to provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Girls’ Residence, delivering a safe, supportive and high-quality boarding experience.

This full-time, live-in role is responsible for student wellbeing, staff leadership, operational oversight, parent engagement and fostering a positive residential culture.





About You You will bring:

- Leadership experience in boarding, education or residential care.
- Strong people leadership and pastoral care skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A collaborative, values-driven approach and commitment to child safety.
