Mars Snacking is seeking a Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Manager to lead pricing, trade investment and product/mix optimization in Melbourne. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to unlock category profit pools and drive growth for the Salty Snacks & Impulse portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of SRM, you will guide pricing strategy, develop net price realization plans and run SRM analytics using Power BI and Excel, while building capability across the team.
