YOU |

In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to clients right across the agricultural landscape, developing relationships built on professionalism, industry knowledge, and genuine integrity. You'll be proactive, commercially aware, and confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. To thrive in this position, you will ideally bring:

- Strong, hands-on knowledge of agriculture and the realities of running farming businesses
- Solid credit skills, particularly in cashflow lending and structuring more complex deals
- Proven success in growing a portfolio and attracting new clients
- A well-established network of contacts and referral partners within the industry

THE ROLE |





You'll look after a high-value portfolio of farming enterprises and larger commercial customers, working with them to understand their priorities and provide solutions that support their long-term plans. You'll collaborate with specialists across the business and maintain strong connections with external stakeholders to ensure clients receive excellent service and consistent support.
