The Organisation anzuk Education is partnering with a reputable provider of long day care services across North Brisbane. The opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing early childhood provider as an Operations/Area Manager. You will oversee the performance of multiple services, ensure compliance, manage financial outcomes, and mentor Centre Managers to deliver high-quality education and care. In return,

Who you will be: You will hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, with experience as an Area Manager or a minimum of two years’ experience as a Centre Director overseeing a 100+ place service. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.

Suitable applicants must have:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
- Blue Card and National Police Check
- Australian PR or Citizen (sponsorship not available)
- minimum of2+ years’ experience as a Centre Directoror previous experience as an Area Manager.
