Role Description This full-time remote Junior Developer role at TH+ Record focuses on supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

The Junior

Developer will collaborate with senior engineers to implement new features, fix bugs, and improve application performance. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, reviewing and documenting technical changes, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contributing to technical solutions, and learning best practices in software development.

The Junior

Developer is expected to proactively seek feedback, continuously improve technical skills, and follow established development and security standards.

Qualifications

- Foundation in at least one programming language (such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar) and understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.




- Familiarity with web development concepts, front-end or back-end frameworks, and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to use version control tools (such as Git) and work with team-oriented development workflows.
- Basic knowledge of software testing practices, debugging techniques, and documentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration in diverse teams.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.
