Angeles Fine Foods Australia is looking for a Junior Sales Representative / Sales Cadet to join our Queensland sales team, covering an established territory across Brisbane North and the Sunshine Coast.

You don't need years of sales experience.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and understanding of retail who wants to learn.

You'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from our Queensland sales team and National Sales Manager, with the goal of developing you into a successful territory sales representative.

Who We Are

Angeles Fine Foods is an Australian family-owned food importer and distributor supplying premium Australian and international cheese, dairy, pantry, smallgoods and confectionery brands to independent retailers nationally. Our customers include independent supermarkets, IGAs, delis and specialty food retailers.

What You'll Learn

This is a genuine development role. We'll teach you how to:

- Manage and grow a retail sales territory
- Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers and department managers
- Present and sell new products
- Plan effective store visits and call cycles
- Identify sales opportunities within existing customers
- Approach and develop new accounts
- Execute promotions and product launches
- Improve product ranging, displays and brand presence in-store




- Negotiate professionally and confidently
- Understand sales reporting, targets and territory performance

As your experience and confidence grow, you'll take increasing ownership of your territory.

Your Territory

You'll work across an established customer base covering:

Brisbane North

Chermside, North Lakes, Aspley, Caboolture and surrounding suburbs

Sunshine Coast

Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa and surrounding areas

You'll be responsible for both supporting existing customers and helping us develop new business throughout the territory.

Who This Role Could Suit

You might currently be:

- Working in an IGA or independent supermarket
- A grocery, dairy, deli or department team member
- A department 2IC or manager ready for something different
- Working for a specialty food retailer or deli
- In merchandising or junior field sales
- Early in your sales career and looking for proper mentoring and development

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not essential. Experience within independent grocery or food retail will be highly regarded because you'll already understand how stores operate.

You'll also need a current Australian driver's licence and your own vehicle. A car allowance is provided.
