Rylex Plastics is a family-owned plastic fabrication business based in Perth, Western Australia. We supply, manufacture and install a wide range of custom products and solutions for commercial and industrial applications, including plastic piping and systems. We are seeking the services of a motivated and proactive Junior Fabricator/Factory Hand to work in our warehouse in Wangara. In this role you will be doing general workshop duties which will include; preparation of plastic for fabrication, use of power tools, assisting the Plastic Fabricators, packing jobs ready for dispatch, basic poly welding and general housekeeping of the factory. The right candidate will have the chance to do formal and informal training to become a qualified Plastic Fabricator.

As a qualified Plastic Fabricator you will be able to read and interpret drawings and then fabricate a product with various plastics.

To succeed in this role,



you will have;

- Ability to use a range of power and hand tools
- Schooled in Manual arts (woodwork, Metalwork etc.) would be advantageous
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Ability to work well in a team workplace that is fast paced
- Current C class drivers licence and forklift licence is desirable but not essential
- Exposure to a Workshop Environment
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised at times
- Willingness to undertake overtime when necessary
