This is an exciting chance for a Junior Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager looking to step up into a portfolio management role.

You will manage a boutique portfolio of approximately 140 properties with the support of a dedicated Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager and Accounts team, allowing you to focus on providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Handle lease renewals, rental arrears, breach notices and tenant communication.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs through to completion.
- Conduct inspections and attend onsite meetings when required.
- Assist with general portfolio administration and account monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

- Current Certificate of Registration (essential).




- A Junior Property Manager ready to take the next step, or an Assistant PM eager to manage their own portfolio.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A motivated individual looking to grow their career within a supportive environment.
