Their portfolio spans aged care, education, health, industrial and commercial, ranging from complex fit-outs through to Design & Construct new builds valued up to $30M.

You will join an experienced and approachable management team with a strong focus on mentoring and professional development. Rather than being expected to know everything from day one, you will work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leaders, gradually taking on greater project responsibility as your capability develops.

The Role

As Junior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of commercial projects while gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include

- Supporting Project Managers across the planning and delivery of commercial projects
- Assisting with project programmes, budgets, procurement and contractual requirements
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams
- Supporting client and stakeholder communication throughout delivery




- Assisting with project reporting, variations, RFIs and commercial administration
- Monitoring programme, quality, safety and project milestones
- Identifying and assisting with the resolution of project risks and delivery issues
- Taking on increasing project ownership as your experience and capability develop

You will ideally bring

- Previous experience within commercial construction
- Exposure to commercial project delivery, contract administration or project coordination
- An understanding of construction programmes, procurement and commercial processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and organised approach to project delivery
- Either tertiary qualifications or a trade background within construction
- A genuine ambition to develop into a Project Manager and take on greater project responsibility
