- $130 – 150k + Super + Company Car All + Commission
- Field-based role - Brisbane
- Civil Construction, EWP, and Equipment Hire.

? The Role

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across targeted accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify rental opportunities aligned with clients’ operational needs.
- Manage a designated territory, travelling regularly to meet with customers across your region.

? About You





- Strong industry experience and tenure within the construction, agriculture, or industrial equipment sectors, with Access Hire experience highly desirable.
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- Solid negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the construction equipment industry and its market dynamics.
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
