McNamara Landscaping & Softfall is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Tradesperson, Apprentice or Labourer to join our dedicated team in Dubbo, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of high quality landscaping and softfall projects for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out landscaping tasks such as garden bed preparation, planting, mulching, irrigation and lawn installation, paving, retaining walls and concreting
- Installing softfall surfaces including wet-pour rubber
- Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborating with the team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
What we're looking for
- Relevant trade qualifications or experience in landscaping, horticulture or a related field
- Proficiency in the use of landscaping equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A current driver's licence (MR is desirable)
- White card
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
