As a key member of the Turfpoint team, you'll take ownership of projects from start to finish while working alongside a great crew. You'll be an experienced Landscaper / Crew Leader joining the North Brisbane team, leading by example and taking pride in producing quality work.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Lead crews on site
- Read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
- Deliver high-quality commercial landscaping projects
About you
- Proven experience in landscape construction
- Experience leading crews or the ambition to step into a leadership role
- Solid knowledge across all aspects of landscape construction
- Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence (MR licence is an advantage)
- Machinery operating experience highly regarded
