Role Description

We are looking for experienced professionals with demonstrated capability in leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement and independent decision-making.

Typical activities include

- qualified stakeholder engagement and relationship development
- strategic financial planning, marketing and targeted campaign development
- managing enquiries and conducting initial client engagement
- applying established business processes and maintaining business records
- setting goals, planning activities and refining business priorities
- participating in ongoing personal and leadership development
- supporting team members as your own experience and capability develop
- leading day-to-day business operations and organising your own work schedule
- maintaining responsibility for business priorities, consistency and compliance

Qualifications We welcome professionals with substantial experience across project and program delivery, consulting, operations, governance, transformation, technology, engineering,



business development or organisational leadership.

Your experience demonstrates the ability to:

- engage professionally with different people and perspectives
- work independently and make sound decisions
- translate strategy into practical action
- learn and apply new approaches
- take responsibility for outcomes
- contribute positively to a learning-focused professional community

Previous personal development experience is not required. Curiosity and willingness to continue learning are important.
